Christian Brothers' College is a private Catholic school for boys, Forms 1 to Upper Sixth, founded in Bulawayo in 1953 in the Edmund Rice tradition.

Who we are

A school with one job

CBC exists to form men of character. Everything else, the Cambridge results, the fourteen sports, the trophies and the scholarships, follows from that single purpose.

We educate the whole boy: mind, body and spirit, grounded in Christian values. Boys attend Mass and morning prayers, play at least one sport a term, join a house, serve their community, and are expected, in everything, to act manfully.

The College is one of the Edmund Rice schools found in over twenty countries, and the only boys-only private college in Bulawayo. Affiliations include the University of Cambridge, CHISZ, ATS and ZIMSEC.
